Where is Elevate Medical Group located?

Elevate Medical Group is located at 2470 St. Rose Parkway, Suite #114 Henderson NV. 89074, located inside “The Atrium at Henderson” in the second building off to the right of the main Atrium entrance driveway coming off St. Rose Parkway.

Will insurance cover the cost of services?

Elevate Medical Group operates on a cash for service business model which allows it to cut down on the administrative costs and third-party costs and allows our providers to guide care, without the disruption of big insurance companies. Elevate Medical Group can provide copies of invoices and lab requisition forms as needed.

Can I use an FSA or HSA account to pay for treatments?

Yes, you can use FSA/HSA accounts to pay for treatments, but always double check with your programs administrator to verify service eligibility to avoid chargebacks later.

Are there any other payment of financing options available for treatments?

Yes, we currently offer financing options through CareCredit, subject to credit approval, please see CareCredit.com

Where do I need to go to have lab work completed?

Elevate Medical Group can perform blood work and lab drawing in the clinic or the patient can be given a paper requisition form to go to the lab in person to have labs drawn.

How long does it take to get lab results or health testing results back?

Most standard lab test results are avialble within 24-48 hours, larger lab panels and specialty screeing test may take a week to a few weeks to get results back.

How long does it usually take to get an appointment for services offered by Elevate Medical Group?

In most cases once a pre-consultation screening has been completed and our perspective patient has completed all necessary clinic intake forms, Elevate Medical Group usually has first appointment availability the same week or next week depending on desired treatment or service.
